show women that it’s okay to be proud of their bikini bodies.

all these ‘perfect’ photos can take its toll.”

She rounded up her inspirational post with the words: “YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, no
photoshop required.”

Since she posted the tutorial video online last week, it’s been viewed over
7,000 times and Amelia has been inundated with messages of support.

A grateful subscriber gushed: “Love this video.
